We have a flexible and customer-first refund and cancellation policy, as detailed below, for tour package bookings.
Refund Schedule

| From payment date up to 45 days before start date | 90% of the booking cost |
| From payment date up to 30 days before start date | 80% of the booking cost |
| From payment date up to 15 days before start date | Amount refunded by the hotels will be passed on to you |
| Within 15 days of the start date | No refund |
Exceptions — No Refund Applicable
- Bookings in peak season (December 1 to January 15)
- Extended holiday (3-day) weekends in India
- Deepavali holidays, every year
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are credited back to the source of payment within 7–10 working days.
Please note that the refund percentage may vary depending on your specific travel dates and the hotels you have been booked with. We will always try to refund as much of your package cost as possible.
