Suprayana Travel designs and arranges personalised travel itineraries, accommodation bookings, private transportation, and related travel experiences across India. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, drivers, guides, activity operators, etc.).

2. Bookings and Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after we receive the agreed advance payment.
• Prices quoted are based on availability at the time of enquiry and may change until full payment is received.
• Full payment is due before the start of your journey, as specified in your itinerary confirmation.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations are governed by our separate Cancellation Policy, available here. Please review it before booking.

4. Changes to Itinerary

We aim to accommodate reasonable changes to your itinerary where possible. Changes made close to your travel date may incur additional charges from third-party providers (hotels, transport, etc.), which will be passed on to you.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you hold valid identification, travel documents, and any required permits for your journey.
• You are responsible for your own conduct and safety during activities booked through us.
• Please inform us of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or accessibility needs in advance so we can plan accordingly.

6. Liability

Suprayana Travel arranges services on your behalf but is not liable for acts, omissions, delays, or failures of third-party providers (hotels, drivers, airlines, etc.) beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our control, including natural events, government restrictions, or force majeure.

7. Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, copy, or reproduce its content without permission.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala.
